Citizen Pictures is proud to have been awarded with six 2014 Telly Awards. Citizen’s winning work showcases its diverse portfolio, with Tellys in the TV Programs, Demo Reel, Web Series, and Travel/Tourism categories. “Diners Drive-ins and Dives: L.A. Eats”, the “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives: Under the Hood” special (both for Food Network), and “The Real Girl’s Kitchen”(for Ora.tv) both won Silver Awards along with the “Active Ingredient” Sizzle. Bronze Awards were given to “Adventure Served”, a web series produced for Vail Resorts, and the “World Record Slackline Megastunt” Sizzle.

Citizen Pictures is proud to announce the premiere of a new lifestyle series on Cooking Channel. “The Real Girl’s Kitchen” showcases Haylie Duff’s love affair with her home city of Los Angeles. Haylie’s food adventures are part of her creative lifestyle, whether she’s exploring L.A. or hosting family and friends at her place. The series was inspired by Haylie’s cookbook of the same name. “RGK” premieres on Cooking Channel June 7, and is directed by Citizen Head of Development/EP Tim McOsker. Citizen also celebrates 2014 Telly wins for its work with Chef Eduardo Garcia in “Active Ingredient”, Vail Resorts in the “Adventure Served” web series, and world class slackline pros in the Las Vegas Slackline Megastunt sizzle.

|Citizen Pictures Celebrates Daytime Emmy Win and Primetime Nomination|
Citizen Pictures was honored at the 40th Annual National Daytime Emmy Awards this year, taking home an Emmy for “Guy’s Family Reunion”, a Food Network special starring Guy Fieri, nominated in the “Outstanding Special Class Special” category. This was the second national Emmy for CEO Frank Matson and first for Executive Producers Tim McOsker and Kat Higgins. On the heels of this win, “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” has been nominated for a Primetime Emmy in the “Outstanding Reality Program” category, up against such popular mainstays as “Deadliest Catch” and “MythBusters”. Citizen Pictures was also awarded in the 34th Annual Telly Awards this year, winning Bronze for “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” (Kid Rock’s Detroit Tour) and Silver for “The Levi Effect” documentary.
