(January 26, 2006) Boris Continuum Complete (BCC) version 4 is compatible with the newly released Adobe After Effects version 7 and Adobe Premiere Pro version 2. Earlier versions of BCC are not compatible with AE 7, due to version 7's new OpenGL windowing architecture.
BCC extends the capabilities of Adobe® After Effects®, Adobe Premiere Pro®, Apple® Final Cut Pro®, Apple Motion®, Autodesk® combustion®, Eyeon® Fusion® and Boris Red® systems. Easily create compelling effects with an intuitive native host interface, integrated online help and hundreds of effect presets. More than 160 transitions and filters let you create sophisticated multi-layer composites.
In addition to BCC 4, Boris FX 8, Graffiti 4 and Red 3.04 also support Adobe After Effects version 7 and Adobe Premiere Pro version 2. However, the installers do not include options for version 7 or version 2. When installing into After Effects version 7,you must choose the Adobe After Effects 6+ option and navigate to Applications/Adobe After Effects 7.0/Plug-ins. When installing into Premiere Pro version 2,choose the Adobe Premiere Pro version 1.5 option and navigate to Applications/Premiere Pro 2 Plug-ins\en_US folder.
BCC 4 Key Features include:- New filters include Color Match, Halftone, Median, Motion Key, Corner Pin Tracker, Optical Stabilizer and an OpenGL-based 3D Extruded Image Shatter.
- Motion key technology removes moving foreground objects based on motion estimation.

- Updated host support includes Apple Final Cut Pro 5, Apple Motion 2.01, Adobe After Effects 7, Adobe Premiere Pro 2, Autodesk Combustion 4, and Eyeon Fusion 5.
- Hundreds of new presets have been added.
Boris Continuum Complete customers can upgrade from previous versions for $249. Boris Continuum Complete version 4.1 is available through the BorisFX worldwide reseller channel and direct through BorisFX for $795 US SRP.
