(March 8, 2007--DRAPER, Utah--BUSINESS WIRE) DAZ 3D, a leading developer of professional quality 3D models and software, today announced the release of the Mac®-Intel compatible version of Bryce®, the popular 3D art and animation tool. Now able to run natively on Intel-based Mac computer systems, Bryce 6.1 gives artists greater performance and stability as they develop 3D environments and animations for print, multimedia, video and the Web.
“Bryce is well-recognized as a fun and easy-to-use application for 3D landscapes,” said Dan Farr, president of DAZ 3D. “Mac users within the Bryce community have always been a very active and supportive group, and we’re excited to introduce this new version now capable of taking full advantage of the latest hardware and operating systems.”
