(Tuesday, July 17, 2007) Digital Trove today announced the Universal Binary release of PRIME 4.0 for Mac OS X. PRIME ( Production-Ready Image Manipulation Effects ) is its flagship plug-in effects suite for Adobe After Effects®.
Users of Intel-based Macs can expect a dramatic performance increase with this update.
PRIME plug-ins feature fast multi-processor rendering, pixel aspect ratio compensation, high-quality anti-aliasing, and a modular architecture that makes it easy to construct elaborate, complex effects.
The Universal Binary update requires Mac OS X 10.3.9 or later and Adobe After Effects CS3. It is available free of charge to all registered PRIME (OS X) customers.
Pricing and Availability
PRIME is currently available from Digital Trove and their resellers for $349.
