News : Maxon To Showcase 3D For The Real World At Macworld 2008

(December 20, 2007) MAXON USA (www.maxon.net), developers of CINEMA 4D and BodyPaint 3D, will demonstrate its award-winning 3D software solutions at this year’s Macworld Conference & Expo, to be held in San Francisco, Calif., January 15 – 18, booth #4742.

Demo’s will particularly focus on MAXON’s open, flexible architecture and the solution’s ability to render straight out to popular editing and compositing applications including After Effects, Final Cut, Shake, Combustion and others, on the MAC OS X.

Members of the press and convention attendees are invited to learn more about the power and efficiency of CINEMA 4D and BodyPaint 3D and see how MAXON enables Mac artists to overcome real world challenges. Recent projects deploying MAXON products in a Mac production environment include The Golden Compass, Beowulf and numerous broadcast graphics for FOX, ESPN, NFL and many others.

Throughout the show, don’t miss Alex Lindsay and other personalities from TWiT network’s popular podcast show, MacBreak, in the podcast theater adjacent to the MAXON booth, as they take attendees through the entire production process and teach them how to produce their own podcasts, including the use of CINEMA 4D to build virtual sets, creating dazzling 3D openings and more.
