(Los Angeles, California--October 9, 2009) Weynand Training, a leading entertainment training company, announces the launch of their new series of applications for the iPhone and iPod Touch, iKeysToGo.
iKeysToGo is a personal shortcut assistant packed with keyboard shortcuts, a complete list of an application's commands and a definition for each command. It's designed to be an effective learning tool for all levels of users, from beginners to professional.
The first in the iKeysToGo series, for Apple's Final Cut Pro 7, is available on the iTunes App store (search ikeystogo). iKeysToGo for Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office will be released soon.
iKeysToGo is developed by Diana Weynand of Weynand Training International, (a Gold Level Apple Authorized Training Center based in Los Angeles), and author of the Apple Pro Training Series books and Apple certified courses,
“In Final Cut there are hundreds of keyboard shortcuts, yet the average user generally only uses a handful,” says Weynand. "With this application, editors can learn more about Final Cut Pro's endless possibilities and become faster by learning new shortcuts."
iKeysToGo for Final Cut Pro 7 can speed editors' knowledge in 5 ways:
#1 – With over 840 commands and definitions in the palm of their hand, editors can use iKeysToGo to continue learning more about the editing application, even when they're on the go.
#2 – On launch, the editor can scroll through 840 Final Cut Pro shortcuts alphabetically and view their shortcuts.
#3 – To search for a keyboard shortcut of a specific command, an editor simply enters the command name or topic. Touching it displays the details page with the command's shortcut and definition.
#4 – An editor can search by any FCP 7 Menu (such as File, Edit, View) and also by Groups (such as Audio, Marking, Importing).
#5 – When editors find commands they want to use in their next edit session, they simply tag the commands to add them to their Favorites list.
iKeysToGo: Final Cut Pro 7 is a must have reference and learning tool for any Final Cut Pro user. It's a great learning tool for teachers and students as well as professionals.
Priced at just $2.99, this application is available now at the iTunes App Store
