(Geneva, Switzerland--August 29, 2011) Marquise Technologies announced today that they have extended the O C E A N telecine controller product range with DEEP O C E A N.
This enhanced version of the fully featured O C E A N universal controller integrates Cintel’s imageMill2 board, allowing the parallel processing, in real-time, of the restoration dedicated applications GRACE for film grain and image noise management, STEADY for image stabilization and ORIGIN for dust and scratch reduction, making it the unique telecine controller with internal real-time restoration capabilities.
The control parameters of these restoration applications are fully integrated into DEEP O C E A N’s unrivalled user interface, and can be applied, modified, saved and retrieved like any type of color correction available in O C E A N.

DEEP O C E A N is available with Cintel Millennium HD, DSX / C-Reality and URSA, with DFT Classic Spirit Data-Cine and Shadow Telecine, as well as with Sondor Altra.
O C E A N will be showcased on Marquise Technologies booth at IBC 2011 controlling an Altra 16/35mm SD/HD telecine, as well as on Cintel booth 7.B35.
