This update is a necessary update to make the plugins integrate perfectly into the sandbox functionality of OSX 10.7 (Lion) and OSX 10.8 (Mountain Lion).
Additionally all plugins have been updated for greater render speed and compatibility with the newest version of Final Cut Pro X and Motion 5.
