(Culver City, California--November 6, 2012) Foundation Content, an Indie Advertising and Production Collective specializing in cross-platform marketing for a diverse array of clients, has named Tom Cronin as Senior VP/Executive Producer for the company’s Chicago Office. Cronin reports to Samantha Hart, CEO, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Foundation Content, who made today’s announcement.|
Said Hart, “Our Chicago enterprise continues to flourish and grow at a tremendous rate. We are delighted to be adding Tom Cronin, a long-time, highly respected executive into our mix. He will work closely with Steve Morrison and our entire creative team, as we enter the next era of our company’s growth.”

At this juncture, I have decided that what’s best for the company overall, and for myself, personally, is that I now concentrate on the wheelhouse I enjoy best—conceiving, implementing and producing creative. Working in tandem with our teams both in Chicago and Culver City will allow the company to continue its award winning approach to producing killer creative for a truly diverse range of clients and projects.”
ABOUT TOM CRONIN:
Prior to joining Foundation Content, Tom Cronin had been VP/Executive Producer (2009-2012) with DRAFTFCB in Chicago. There his accounts included Coors Light, Coors Banquet and Qwest. From 2001-2008, Cronin was VP, Executive Producer, with Chicago’s element79partners, serving accounts such as Aquafina, Quaker Oats, Gatorade, Tropicana and Supercuts, among others. As VP/Senior Producer with FCB (Chicago, 96-01,) Cronin’s accounts included Applebees, Coors Brewing Company, Kraft, Motorola, Dr. Pepper/7up, Payless Shoes, Gatorade, Quaker Oats, Illinois Lottery and Snapple Beverages.
From 1984-94, Cronin was Senior Producer with Chicago’s BAYER BESS VANDERWARKER. His accounts there included Boston Chicken, Cap’n Crunch, Gatorade, Motorola, and others. Earlier (1984-94,) Cronin was VP/ Senior Producer with BBDO (Chicago.) Accounts included Alberto Culver, Brach’s Candy, Dodge, and Wrigley Gum. Tom Cronin holds a BS Degree in Mass Communications from Illinois State University, in Normal, Il.
