FOX News Partners with Single Touch Interactive to Offer Live Audio Feed of the Network on Mobile Phones

(NEW YORK--BUSINESS WIRE) FOX News has entered into a deal with Single Touch Interactive enabling mobile users to access FOX News Channel (FNC) on cellular devices, announced Jeremy Steinberg, Vice President, Digital Media Sales and Business Development, FOX News. The new product will provide a live audio feed of the network by dialing "#FOXN" (#3696) on mobile phones.

In making the announcement, Steinberg said, "We're excited to offer Fox News viewers a revolutionary new way to access the number one cable news channel."

"#FOXN" will connect viewers to FNC through a variety of services. In addition to offering a live audio feed of the news channel, the product will provide the latest on-demand news, business and weather headlines, ring tones and voice tones, as well as a call back service where users will be phoned when their favorite program is about to begin. The service will roll out initially on Cingular and will cost $2.99 per month.
