Lebow was randomly chosen in a drawing at the NewTek 2009 NAB Show booth and received the Epiphone SG-Special Guitar adorned with autographs of Mickey Dolenz (The Monkees), Elliot Easton (The Cars), Chris Slade (AC/DC) and Kip Winger (Winger).
“I’m a huge rock and roll fan; it was awesome to win this guitar. As soon as it arrives, it will be going on the wall in my home office,” said Lebow, producer of Instant Films, an invitation-only festival for films created in less than 48 hours, and co-founder of Small & Creepy, an online film company. “I’ve followed NewTek for a long time and always go to their booth at the show. One of NewTek’s vice presidents urged me to enter the drawing. I didn’t think a lot about it at the time, but I’m glad that I did!”
