Marquise Technologies announces today that R A I N, its new advanced color grading solution, powered by award winning NVIDIA Quadro Digital Video Pipeline will be introduced at this year NAB.

This is the ideal turn-key solution for grading commercials, music clips, or feature films in mixed workflows. Based on NVIDIA Quadro DVP technology, R A I N combines the velocity of a video system with the power of a computer-based grading solution.

An easy RED workflow (including r3d files conforming) will also be demonstrated using powerful playback and conforming solution M I S T. Decoding and processing data files (RED, ARRIRAW, DPX, TIFF, etc) M I S T also has strong conforming features (from EDL or Final Cut XML) and supports AAF, MXF, DNxHD or Apple ProRes standards. With its primary grading and editing capabilities, M I S T is the ideal assistant station to prepare material before final process on a hero system.
