(Hollywood, California--January 25, 2011) Supervising Sound Editor Mark Stoeckinger of CSS Studios’ Soundelux facility in Hollywood has received an Academy Award nomination for Best Achievement in Sound Editing for his work on "Unstoppable". This is Stoeckinger’s third Oscar® nomination. He was previously nominated for "Star Trek" (2010) and "Face/Off" (1998).
Additionally, Re-Recording Mixers Scott Millan of CSS Studio’s Todd-AO and David Parker have been nominated for Best Achievement in Sound Mixing. Millan’s nomination comes for Salt. He shares the nomination with Re-Recording Mixers Jeffrey J. Haboush and Greg P. Russell, and Production Mixer William Sarokin. This is Millan’s eighth Oscar® nomination. He previously won the award for The Bourne Ultimatum (2008), Ray (2005), Gladiator (2001) and Apollo 13 (1996).
Parker’s nomination is for “The Social Network.” He shares the nomination with Re-Recording Mixers Ren Klyce and Michael Semanick, and Production Mixer Mark Weingarten. This is his sixth nomination. He previously won the award for The Bourne Ultimatum (2008) and The English Patient (1997).

The 83rd Academy Awards event will be held on February 27th in Los Angeles.
