(January 15, 2013) Company 3 (CO3) is excited to announce the launch of its audio division in Atlanta and New York. Company 3 Sound provides commercial, feature and television clients the highest level of sound design, original music composition and mixing. The group’s radio and television mixing roster includes clients such as USA Network, Turner Broadcasting, Red Bull, Georgia Lottery, espnW, Ford, Kia and Toyota, to name a few.
The Atlanta team recently completed work on Activision’s most successful video game franchise to date, Call of Duty: Black Ops II, providing sound design, foley and 5.1 mixing for all cut scenes used to advance the game’s plot. The team also recently completed ADR/loop group recording for the feature film, Devil’s Knot starring Reese Witherspoon and Colin Firth. Last November, they provided music mixing, sweetening and final mix for the Soul Train Awards airing on Black Entertainment Television and Centric. This year’s award show included performances by Stevie Wonder, John Legend, Keyshia Cole and New Edition. At CO3 Sound’s New York location, the team has been working with USA Network, Red Bull's Red Bulletin and Sharp Entertainment's "Adam Richman's Best Sandwich in America" for the Travel Channel.
With production and post production on the rise in Atlanta, CO3 Sound is well equipped to handle the needs of this growing industry. CO3 Sound boasts three 5.1 audio suites designed to handle surround sound for commercial, television mixing and feature work. The talented Atlanta team includes Senior Audio Mixer Matt Melberg, Senior Sound Designer/Composer Chris Basta and Sound Designer/Composer Erich Netherton. Bolstering the team in New York is Jacob Camitta, Sound Designer/Mixer.
