(Los Angeles, California--April 25, 2014) LOOK Effects has produced all the visual effects for ABC’s new drama, “Black Box,” which airs tonight, Thursday, April 24th, at 10:00 pm EST.
The series centers around Elizabeth Black (Kelly Reilly), a famed neuroscientist, with a job at the Center for Neurological Research and Treatment, as she attempts to unravel the mysteries of the brain while hiding her own secret: she's bipolar.
Intriguing medical mysteries, teamed with Dr. Black’s internal life, made for many opportunities for LOOK to design interesting visual effects for this drama. “This series was a good fit for us,” says Visual Effects Supervisor John Myers. “LOOK strives to consistently create high-quality visual effects within tight timeframes. The production team was great to collaborate with and we had some amazing directors on the show, they all made our job easy.”
