(Newark, New Jersey--March 6, 2015) The Mainstreet Organization of Realtors/MORe (Downers Corner, IL), the country’s fourth largest local association of real estate professionals, is now shooting informational videos for its 15,000+ members with Panasonic’s AJ-PX270 P2 HD handheld camcorder.
Video Producer Dave Rokos with the PX270.
MORe Video Producer/Graphics Coordinator Dave Rokos helped establish the organization’s video department with the PX270 as a linchpin. He has used the AVC-ULTRA camcorder extensively to shoot promotional and instructional videos. Edited videos are embedded on the group’s web site (www.succeedwithmore.com
), distributed by e-mail, and made available to members on Vimeo.
“The PX270 is a broadcast-quality, broadcast-style camera ideal for location work,” Rokos said. “I’m often shooting solo at realtors’ crowded events, and I can set-up quickly and unobtrusively. “
“We do a lot of green screen, and the camera has all the metering, everything we need to get a solid background,” he added.
Rokos cited the PX270’s exceptional image quality, extensive color palette, audio controls and microP2 media as additional assets of the camera. He generally shoots 1080/30p, and edits in Adobe Premiere.
