Densitron to Partner with IPE Technologies and support its Leading UK and European Broadcast Software in US

(Las Vegas, NV--February 27, 2018) US broadcasters will now have direct access to IDS, a complete workflow solution from one of the UK’s leading broadcast providers following a new partnership announced ahead of this year’s NAB show. Densitron (Stand C9032), a creator of display technology and global leader in display, monitor and embedded computing solutions, is now a key technology partner for IPE Technologies, supplier to the UK broadcasters BBC, ITV and Sky UK as well as the European operations of CNN, YouTube, Discovery and Bloomberg.

The partnership will focus around IPE’s expertise in software ‘control’ and Densitron’s 1U / 2U space-saving rack family of displays and bar/cut monitors. Each company brings over 40 years of experience in their relevant sector to the table, and by joining together will enable unique products to be available for US broadcasters, meeting the increasing challenges found in studio environments.

To mark the announcement, IDS will be driving monitors and displays on the Densitron stand at NAB and representatives from IPE will be available to discuss their solutions with interested stand visitors. Densitron will fully support IDS, providing first level response and in-depth technical back-up on behalf of IPE Technologies in the US, ensuring US customers have the local support and presence required.
